Mathris was previously only available on iOS platforms. “We cannot ignore that Android is currently the best-selling smartphone platform worldwide.” says Mathris developer Arnel Domingo.

Mathris is an addictive Tetris-style math game. Numbered balls constantly drop into the screen; your goal is to prevent the screen from filling up. Balls can be eliminated by touching ones that add up to the stage’s target value. For example, if the target value is ten, you can get touch two balls with the number two on them and one with the number six to get rid of them (since 2+2+6=10). Or, touch a three ball and seven ball (since 3+7 also equals ten). The more balls you touch to reach the target number, the higher your score, and the target value changes as the game progresses to keep the players on their toes!

Mathris is an openfeint-enabled application offering 8 achievements, each worth 50 to 200 openfeint points. As of this writing, the top player of the leaderboard scores 715080 points, picking-up all 8 Mathris achievements in the process.

Mathris was featured by Apple as “New and Noteworthy” in the arcade and educational games categories. It was also featured as “New and Noteworthy” by anscamobile.com on their Showcase section.

Mathris combines addictive gaming with fun mental gymnastics to provide a great game for all the family.
