EazyBiz Pro is a unique expense tracking app for keeping track of your actual expenses for tax season. The app is specifically designed for car drivers who want to know exactly how they spent of gas over a period time instead of resorting to “standard mileage rates”. The app is extremely easy to use, and a great way to manage your road expenses.

Once you open up the app, you’ll be logged into your user account where you can add trips and view stats about your previous gas mileage. To use the app all you have to do is tap of te start button in the main menu, activate your devices’ GPS, and get into your car. Once you’ve reached your destination, you can save your route or delete it.

In the main menu, you’ll be able to check your tracker history and view a complete history of all your road trips. Your history is represented through green graphs that can be sorted by miles, cost, or gas depending on what insights you’re looking for. You can also tap one of the graphs in your history to get a detailed view of your daily expenses over a period of time.

You can also add a route manually by tapping on the blue button below the start button on the main menu. Once you do this, you’ll be asked to add your start location and end location followed by the date, gas price, and MPG. Finally, you’ll be asked to add a route name, which also acts as a tag for later searches.

The price per gallon section is also fairly comprehensive in that it allows you to select different world currencies and fuel units. The same goes for miles per gallon option, which can similarly be changed to kilometers per liter. You can also export your data to Google drive or email, and filter out specific routes you want to export.

EazyBiz Pro costs $5.45 to download from the Google play store and requires Android 2.3.3 and above.
