Noneed2call Android App Alerts Family Members in Case of Emergency

Use noneed2call to create an e-mail or SMS notification that will be sent if you are offline for too long. Noneed2call is ideal for expats, mountain enthusiasts, exchange students and adventure seekers.

JEA Ventures, an independent European mobile developer, has released noneed2call, a mobile app for Android that will alert a friend or family member in case of emergency.

Noneed2call allows people to “Enjoy life with no worries”. It is designed for people who live and travel independently, such as expatriates and exchange students.

When noneed2call users are offline for a certain number of hours, the app will send a notification to a friend or relative. These notifications can be customized and will be sent on behalf of the user via e-mail or SMS from the noneed2call servers.

“As a skier I am aware and concerned about the dangers of going to the mountains, so I decided to make an effective alert system that would prevent my family from worrying about me. Noneed2call has been available in beta phase since June and during this period users have found creative ways to use the app. Noneed2call is particularly popular among people living alone who setup 24 hours notifications aimed at their relatives.
