This handy app allows you to keep track of your intake of vitamins, food etc. Suppa Time also gives you reminders to take your vitamins – which, for someone as forgetful as myself, is almost essential. You can view your schedules for excercise, meals and supplements in day or week view.  

The whole app has a nicely designed interface. There is really nothing major to moan about with this app, so it’s a really great bet for something to remind you about nutrition intake and such. Staying in shape has never been so easy!
